淄博书画艺术研究院成立于2000年,坐落在齐国故都临淄,院长陈立林先生是北京中研星光艺术文化发展中心会员,从60年代情系毛笔30余年,2001年作品入编《中国书画经典》,2003年获得第三届民族腾飞杯中国书画大展银奖，并聘为吴道子文化馆名义馆长，2004年在《中国书画艺术交流研讨会三十六次盛会》中荣获金奖并授予《中国星光艺术家》《中国文化使者》等光荣称号，在全国书画大比赛中被评为“德艺双馨”人才金奖。
